By accessing and using the services provided by WeScaleo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and enterprises accessing our AI platforms and engineering services.
WeScaleo operates on a "Build, Manage, and Scale" model. The "Build" phase delivers the initial custom AI agent or software architecture. The "Manage" and "Scale" phases provide ongoing uptime, monitoring, latency optimization, and infrastructure enhancements.
An advance payment of 30-40% is required upon project kickoff to secure dedicated compute instances and engineering resources. Ongoing management retainers are billed on a predictable monthly schedule.
We provide iterative refinements for changes that align with the initial project scope. We are committed to engineering until the system performs flawlessly to your enterprise benchmarks.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
